they have 4400 people the priority list already (!!!). So there is little to no chance you'll get anyone in there. I recommend you counsel people to look at other properties, maybe resale.

Everyone, you can only register one email per client, for example, if you already register your email, that counts as one client, so if you register your email again, it wont be consider, I recommend telling your client to keep in touch with you if you register their email.

Okay, I finally got through to someone there! The studios are in the low $200s, 1 bed in mid $300s, 1 bed loft in high $300s and 2 bed in high $300-low $400s. They are having an open house Sat. July 23rd! And they are accepting appointments right now.

Open House this Saturday is for anyone who is interested. You do not have to be part of their "priority list". They are accepting contracts then and there and require 5% down and a preapproval letter.
