Lane, the answers to your questions about The Grove at Arlington:

It's a three year old building that's been recently converted.

They have about twenty five 2 BR/2 BA units available; they start at $464k and go to the $480's.

Earnest deposit is $5k, they deliver immediately.

Also, they are offering a $20k incentive on 2 BR units - you can use that towards condo fees, or lower the price, etc.

Condo fees for 2 BR units are $354/mo.

Open 10am-6pm.
