Sales are likely to begin on September 10. They will have 1 BR condos for under 300,000 and 2BR condos starting at 360,000

They are having an open house this Sat, Sep. 10th at 1:00 p.m. They are accepting contracts on all units. They require a preapproval letter and a $5K deposit (regardless of the size of unit).

I attended the Open House on SAT, Sep. 10th. Between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. they put under contract 22 out of 28 units! Mostly only 1 BR apartments on the ground floor and basement were left (as of SAT).
