A 252 unit, 13-story multi-family development in Washington, DC with four floors of below grade parking for 220 cars. The property is located on a triangle shaped parcel at the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue (south side of Massachusetts Avenue) and H Street in the rapidly developing East End sub-market. The East End is the home of the MCI Arena and the soon to be completed, 2.5 million sq. ft. convention center. The project is in close proximity to 2 Metro stations, the beltway and Union Station. In addition DC provided a number of tax incentives to encourage the rapid development of multi-family housing in the East End.
