This development is around %80 sold out. They have been releasing condos in phases by building. There are around 3-5 different floor plans available depending on the building. Most units range in sq ftg. of 1000-1300. They are nice floorplans and a great alternative for someone who wants a lot of square footage. Most include one garage spot. The condo fee is high, around $300 a month, but it includes internet, basic cable, basic trash and garbage, and golf course. This is in the middle of a golf community which will probably be very desirable later on. Prices are pretty good with a large number of one bedrooms in the low 300,000s. There are a lot of people interested in this community in order to get on the list you have to call the sales office and put your email on it. They wind up sending you an email 24 hours before they begin sales.
