don't buy here! I did and I regret it terribly. The sales agent lies and the developer does not back up its promises. This place is real estate misrepresentation in the extreme!
Appreciate the warning, regretful. Can you specify what promises were broken and what you would change about living there? I looked at them last weekend (on my own since no one could be found in any sales office) and thought they looked really interesting.
